I am Laura Serio, a writer by profession. After completing my graduation I got married and started writing books at home. I always wanted to inspire and help people with my writings. So, I started writing books on Health, Fitness & Dieting niche. My first book was "Natural Body Scrubs At Home", which contains home made ideas to make scrub after that I wrote the next book on "Essential Oils For Beginners", it has so many healing remedies from essential oils an aromatherapy. After that I wrote a few other books, namely, "Natural Body Detox", "Carb Cycling", "Yoga For Beginners" and now the latest one is "Effortless Healing".
