"I believe Dr. Aronne has pioneered a new approach to weight loss
of obesity. His multi-disciplinary methods remove the guilt and
give control back to the patient. In my own case, I no longer live
day to day dieting. Food is no longer something to fear; it's
something I enjoy when I am hungry. I have learned to control my
hunger using the many tools he has given me. It took twenty-five
years to find Dr. Aronne." --Patricia Wexler, M.D. "I've known Dr.
Lou Aronne for more than fifteen years. Before we met, I was eating
pork chops and candy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No joke. (I
love candy.) Dr. Aronne put me on a path to healthy living, and I'm
sure this book can do the same for you. His advice on diet and
weight loss is insightful. Dr. Lou saved my life." --David
Letterman "Dr. Aronne's care and advice changed my life, and I'm
forever grateful." --Emily Brill
"Dr. Aronne's new book is the most informative and intelligent
approach to understanding weight loss and gain. Starting with page
one, you will immediately feel healthier and better off. A
must-read!" --Harvey Weinstein
